I would say Grass, Rock, Ground, Poison, and Bug would all fall under plant.

Fire and Dragon are under fire

Electric, Steel, and Flying are under storm

Ice is ice, Water is water.

Psychic, Ghost, and Dark would be shadow and Fairy becomes Astral.

Fighting and Normal could probably fall under Physical? If we’re not including that then Normal goes to Astral and Fighting goes to Fire.
