Suddenly, someone placed a firm hand on Ben's shoulder, stopping the inventor in his tracks. "Whoa-ho-ho there, little buddy." Suddenly, Ben was forcefully twisted around, greeted by the sight of three—no, four—mutants. The first one was large and bulky and wore a sleeveless Orange Defenders Outfit, allowing him to show off the brown Batterbot plating emerging from bruised skin on his shoulders and biceps. The second one was leaning against the Coliseum's remaining gladiator statue and had a similar amount of muscle but sported a red mane and was covered all over in orange Liosen fur except for their scarred, crippled right arm and a square-shaped patch on their left cheek. Positioned to the left of the Batterbot hybrid, the third mutant glared at the speedster and the inventor with their powerful right hand—er, paw—placed firmly on the ground in addition to their back legs. The third mutant would have been nearly indistinguishable from a normal Luminex had it not been for her humanoid face and comparably smaller build. The fourth one, initially missed by Ben, cowered behind the Luminex and Batterbot hybrids. The inventor couldn't make out much other than their significantly smaller and seemingly bonier build, their constant trembling, a deformed orange bug-like wing, and a snout of some sort. Though, the wheezing and general sounds of struggling to breathe were near impossible to ignore.
"So," the Batterbot mutant started, "the four of us are a little hungry, especially Gregory back there." The armored mutant jabbed a thumb behind him, pointing at the suffering Serrazig mutant. The mutant's voice took on a metallic groan as he gave the two companions a menacing smile. "I don't suppose you'd be willing to...help us out, hm?"
