Axel Starheart is a character who first appears in Dragonborn.
Appearance[]
A shorter-than-average male faerie with scales scattered on his skin in a vitiligo patterning. He has sharp, reptile-like, emerald eyes, and an uncomplete circle and sun patterning on the scales on his forehead which he hides with his bangs. He has a dragon tattoo just underneath the scales on the left of his neck, inked in black. Notably, unlike Aura, his scale's undertone is blue instead of pink.
He has a long white tail tipped in blue and gold feathers, scaly dragon-like ears, and large translucent blue and yellow wings. His top wings are similar to that of a Fire Fey in terms of being dragon-like, while his bottom wings are shaped and patterned like that of an Earth Fey. His brown and suntanned skin is notably tough and isn't easily punctured, and is as fireproof as his scales. The only scales that don't follow his vitiligo are the ones going around his wrists, hiding a pair of spinnerets.
He has claws, preferring to wear a pair of gloves over them to avoid complications, as well as having sharp, dragon-like teeth, barely noticed as he scarcely smiles. His horns are qilin-like but rigid and cream-colored, and if he happens to be wearing shorts, one could see a sun patterning on the sides of his legs - at least on the scales. His hair is messily cut, and he keeps some of it in a low ponytail to cover the scales on his neck and between his wings.
Notably, his legs are more dragon-like than humanoid, allowing him to easily switch between walking on two legs or on all fours.
Personality[]
A territorial fae who's deathly afraid of water.
He has an uncontrollable temper, often having to hold back a jet of flame he desperately wants to send at a said person's face. He's a loner and considers a section of the rafter's as his territory - driving off intruders without hesitation. If someone refuses to leave his personal space, he takes no time in attacking them, leading to Glace having to come and drag him out of fights often.
He is mentioned to have attacked Scarlet without provocation on multiple occasions, instinctively disliking having to share territory with another dragon and strongly expressing his wish for her to leave. After some time he managed to tolerate her, but this was quickly thrown out of balance when Aura showed up, taking no time in plotting to be rid of them.
