This is because the Celestial Element is a legacy element of some sorts, and cannot be used by wizards in the purest form.
Also, the Moon and Sun elements are owned by me, and this provides lore to them.
However, the spells are useable to some extent.
The Celestial Element is a legacy element, however traces of it can be found.
Lore[]
The Element of Astral was not always a thing of stars.
The Elemental had been much more powerful, a ruling being in the world, the counter to Shadow. But something happened.
The Elemental faded, traces of its power becoming the elements of Moon and Sun. Yet because the Elementals was now non-existant in it's greatest form, they were not true elements and cannot be touched by Wizard-kind.
Later in time, Shadow was the sole ruling element, and out of their fear that the same fate would occur to them, they plotted against Harmony - who recreated Celestial in response... but under a new name, Astral.
Overview[]
As the Celestial Element was shattered into the elements of Astral, Moon, and Sun, it's currently impossible to use it in it's purest form (with some exceptions). However, if one is of the Moon, Sun, or Astral Elements and attempt to cast a Celestial Spell with the aid of an item, the spell will change to match their element.

Trivia[]
- This element has been historically addressed/classofied as Aether.
- This is due to it's original elemental alternately being known as (God of) Time due to their prowess over it, alongside the fact their other known abilities manipulate the universe.
- Austen's healing magic originates from the purest form of this element.
