This is because the Crystal element is a fanon element, inspired off Crystal Caverns. It is only controlled by certain magic creatures.

Chill Crystal is a Crystal spell cast by Mira Shade and Winston Von Loot.

Appearance[]

Chill Crystal appears like Chill Out, but it encases the opponent in crystals and ice. It breaks apart easier against Fire spells, but otherwise it freezes the opponent for a few turns.
