Confounding Speech is a fanon nonmagical element spell (move) for Prodigy.
Appearance[]
The user begins chattering away, making actual noise take from canned conversation of people saying "rhubarb" repeatedly. They produce an awkward melody with several teal music notes that hit, and suddenly stun the targets. They cannot move for the next turn.
