Hope Flamewhisper is a character first featured in Xenophobe.
Appearance[]
Hope has red hair that reaches a little past her shoulders, while the back is tied in a ponytail, held by a yellow band. The front of her hair is swept to the left side of her face with an orange streak running through it, behind her Flora Tropica Headband. Below her right eye, she has a fire tattoo with red on the outer flames and orange in the center. She wears wears a short-sleeved Draconyx Gear, a red suit with an orange chestplate, dark red and gray spiked shoulder pads, dark red and gray gloves, and dark red wings complimented with lighter red webbing. She wears dark blue boots known as the Swift Boots, and her weapon of choice is the Luma Sun Ray Rod.
During the events of Filia Umbra, she lost the ability to see in her right eye after an encounter with Sherene, eventually opting to cover it up.
After the events of Filia Umbra, she dons an attire similar to that of Beidou from Genshin Impact. Her hair is let down and a purple cloth covers her right eye with two pieces from a knot peeking out from behind her right flower hairclip. She now wears a pair of brown shorts as well as brown leggings complimented with gray bows. She wears a red and yellow dress with slits that expose her shorts along with short, torn white sleeves. Two orange sashes wrap around her dress, an orange circle in the center of the top one, and a heart buckle on the left side of the lower one, resting on her hip. She retains the wings from her Draconyx Gear, and still wears her blue Swift Boots.
Personality[]
Contrary to the personality of her element, she is calm and not easily angered. The only exception to her demeanor is any interactions with her brother Nathan. She also has a particular liking towards dragons, much like her father.
Weapons/Gear[]
Flora Tropica Headband: A headband made from flowers located at some of the highest points of Bonfire Spire's volcano.
Draconyx Gear: A winged suit inspired by the dragons of the island, worn for battle by ancient wizards.
Swift Boots: Comfortable blue boots that aid in silent movement.
Luma Sun Ray Rod: A polearm utilized by dragon lovers that aids in the casting of fire spells.

Pyrokinesis: Being the next Fire Warden Trainee, she is in control of fire magic, but not as well as the current warden.
Thermokinesis: Like her father, she can increase her body temperature at will.
Strengths[]
- Earth Magic: Due to elemental synergy, fire magic has an advantage over earth.
- Ice Magic: Fire melts ice, making Hope's fire magic useful against any ice magic.
Weaknesses[]
- Water Magic: Water douses flames, making the battle a challenge for Hope.
- Shadow Magic: Fire magic is not very good against Shadow magic.
Trivia[]
- She was named after Hope of the Forest.
- She has an Embershed named Ardent.
- When Ardent was a Burnewt, a 6 year old Hope had originally named her "Miss Dragón "De Fuego" Flamewhisper the Reptillian". This may or may not have been a result of Storm trying to learn Spanish right before Scarlet set something on fire.
- Like her mother, her eyes glow by default.
