“ | Glass half full or glass half empty? Easy. Tip it over and you've got full empty. | ” |
— Ian Frostbreaker
|
Ian is a protagonist in The Return of the Wardens. He later went on to die at the hands of Lucas Herolight, being possessed by the Element of Shadow via an astral arrow straight through his heart. While some form of influence remains in the ice element for him post-mortem, his connections to the living have been restricted. Communication has been reduced to vague messages sent to the rest via the current ice warden, Alyss Flameheart.
After the roleplay ends, his body will have disappeared- corpse forever preserved in ice, somewhere in the heart of Shiverchill.
Appearance[]
Personality[]
He has a calm demeanor, is confident with himself, and very intelligent. He never resists the opportunity to make an ice pun.
Weapons/Gear[]
- Frozen Crown: A signal of power and status within the chill of the mountains. Ice pets seem to respect it.
- Cavern Overcoat: A defensive and powerful coat. Tempered by the chill.
- Frost Saber Boots: Designed for snow combat, stops feet from sinking in snow.
- Ice Sickle: Modded and changed by harvesting crystals from a rampant Crystal Golem, said to cast blizzards with a single flick. Ian says this is a lie, though.
Abilities[]
Powers/Abilities[]
Cryokinesis: He is more skilled with ice magic than any soul that has ever roamed the island.
Cold Resistance: He is extra durable to ice spells and can tank extreme cold, down to -40 degrees celsius.
Strengths[]
Intelligence: One of the smartest people to pursue the arts of magic, able to deduce most situations with ease.
Cold tempered: Ian barely ever acts out of impulse. It's nigh impossible to drive him over the edge, and has almost never been seen angry.
Weaknesses[]
Low Heat Resistance: Ian is susceptible to fire magic and most of his gear isn't built to take it.
Self-Sabotage: He doesn't care about what happens to himself half the time, and will do anything to get a task done, unless it involves harming an ally.
Trivia[]
- His Cavern Overcoat has a hood, unlike most other versions.
- His entire outfit selection is based on an outfit EuphoricandVibin made in Prodigy randomly. He called it "Crystal Caverns Archagent".
