The Island of Storm is an area in fanon Prodigy.
Appearance[]
A heavily forested island with mountains looming in the distance. A chain of floating islands is present above it, inhabited by Storm Fey and Tengu. On the map, only a section of the island is shown, specifically Voidmantle Woods.

Overview[]
The Island of Storm is home to Storm Fae, as well as elves and yokai who've been driven away from the Island of Prodigy. The Sea of Clouds is suspended by the island's odd electromagnetic occurrences, and the island experiences monsoons.
Sub Areas[]
Voidmantle Woods[]
Sea of Clouds[]
Floating islands coated in forests, villages, cities, and lakes. The higher islands are home to the Air Tribe, who prefer to avoid other fae. The lower islands are home to tengu and a few other avian yokai, who surveil the island in exchange for the privilege to live there.
Cirrus River[]
A river that's bordered by a village, inhabited by Kawauso - otter-like yokai. A handful of Kawa Tengu also live in the village, normally seen guarding it as the Kawauso tend to their crops.
Appa Lake[]
Kappa and garappa live in the lake, hence the name. A handful of fish-like yokai also live here, leading to most avoiding the area. Rice fields are seen in the distance, and willow trees edge the waters.
Neko Mountain[]
One of the few mountains on the island, towering high enough that the lower islands of the Sea of Clouds surround it. The mountain is mainly home to Nekomata, but yamabiko and bakeneko are scattered throughout the area. The nekomata surround themselves with shrines - dedicated to the Storm and Celestial elementals. Villages are also present, the buildings having a style similar to Japanese architecture.
Mt. Vulpix[]
The home of the kitsune. Like Neko Mountain, it's coated in shrines, except devoted to the Storm Elemental and Harmony instead of the Storm Elemental and Celestial. They have grand estates instead of simple villages, designed to compliment the beauty of the mountain.
