This beach is located in between Shipwreck Shore and Lamplight Town.
Moving south brings you to the forest.
Moving north brings you to the cabins where you can find 3 cloaked wizards.

It is a wooded area on the left and sandy shores on the right. There also is a forest and some cabins.
