Lumin Well is a fanon interactive feature for Prodigy.
Overview[]
One Lumin Well exists in the FourSevensRueful Version in the Nesting Grounds, specifically within The Sunlit Zone. It allows the player to bring up Bottles of Sunlight, albeit slowly. The amount of sunlight-esque liquid is nearly infinite, even during the darkest conditions. It appears to be like the well between the Northwest Court and History District in Lamplight Town and is wedged up close to the Lumin Lemon Tree, which produces Lumin Lemons for players to use in sweetening and making Lumin Lemonade.
To bring up bottles of sunlight, players should click on the well and have the wizard walk to its side, letting Noot prompt them to get on the nearby stepping stool to start pulling at the cables with use of magic. He says, "So you want to use the available canisters to bring up fresh liquid sunlight? It is inedible on its own, but great when you get to see what happens to it when it is used with lemons at the Q&A Machine. I recommend using magic to bring up the sunlight." The player, after answering incorrectly before the 10th question is answered correctly, is told by Noot to not be discouraged. "That's okay. There is still some sunlight waiting for you to bring up." They can continue, pressing the CONTINUE button in green at the bottom center, to the left of the red QUIT button.
Once a Bottle of Sunlight is harvested after 10 questions are answered correctly in a row, they will obtain a lemon and exit the harvesting interface. If they would like to quit at any time both during or after a question, they can press the QUIT button and confirm with Noot that the player wishes to stop the process of bringing up the bottle.
Improving Gameplay[]
It allows players to obtain a new collectible item, and as a result an additional two more food items.
Math Factor[]
Obtaining a Bottle of Sunlight and/or each food item that requires one must be obtained through math questions.
Trivia[]
- The well's wood matches the color scheme of Lumin tree bark, suggesting that someone cut down one or more of these precious trees to make a working well.
- The well's cables extend a vast distance below the floating Nesting Grounds, meaning that a tube of the island had to be cut out so that the well could be properly made.
