Mystic Squawks appears on Mystic Isle. It has a 50% chance to appear by itself, and a 20% chance to appear with a Mystic Shade, Mystic Tribeak, or Mystic Regalaxy.
To trap a Mystic Squawks, you must use a Wooden Trap. It will take around 1-5 hours for one to be trapped.
To hunt a Mystic Squeaks, you must have upgraded your Rocket Pistol to Level 3.
