Owlen Icetalon is a character who appears in New Day.
Appearance[]
He's a tall fey with disturbingly white eyes, despite not being blind. His tail is fluffy and light blue, and his hair is the same shade.
Personality[]
He's a bully, even in adulthood, picking on either his siblings or Edan, if he happens to be in town. He's always seeking for a scapegoat, taking out his problems on them, a result of experiencing similar behaviors from his older siblings.

Fae/Fey Stepping: An ability that fairies and faeries have triggered by instinct. It causes them to teleport a short distance away, bringing them to safety, or in some cases, behind the opponent for an advantage.
Prehensile: His tail is prehensile, but he mainly uses it for balance when sword fighting.
Strength: Like all other fairies, he's two times stronger than a human/wizard.
Flying: He can fly.
