As we get more and more ideas for stuff Prodigy should add, we also need more staff to help us moderate the wiki. If you would like to be promoted, please read the requirements below and meet them. Staff abusing powers will be blocked and be removed from the role forever (the block is only temporary).
Rollback
Rollback is the entry level for staff. They have the rollback ability, allowing them to revert edits easier.
- Community/Staff nomination (treated equally, all candidates get an equal chance regardless of the nominator)
- Contributing for a month at minimum
- 100 to 200 valid edits & non-spam posts at minimum
- Has had no blocks for severe reasons (i.e. doxing, sexting, death threats, etc)
- Creates a post explaining why they should be a staff member and gets community approval
- Meets the above four requirements and was voted on/discussed by current staff.
Content Moderator
Content Mods can delete pages, protect pages, and edit every page on the wiki but the MediaWiki pages and those protected by FANDOM Staff.
- RB experience on this wiki
- Contributing for two months at minimum
- 500 to 600 valid edits & 400 to 500 non-spam posts at minimum
- Creates a post explaining why they should be promoted and gets community approval
- Has had no blocks for severe reasons (i.e. doxing, sexting, death threats, etc)
- Meets the above requirements and was voted on/discussed by current staff.
Thread Moderator
Thread Mods sort through reported messages and comments. They can delete and lock threads, as well as editing other user's posts to meet the rules.
- RB experience on this wiki
- Contributing for two months at minimum
- 400 to 500 valid edits & 500 to 600 non-spam posts at minimum
- Creates a post explaining why they should be promoted and gets community approval
- Has had no blocks for severe reasons (i.e. doxing, sexting, death threats, etc)
- Meets the above requirements and was voted on/discussed by current staff.
Administrator
An Admin has the powers of the previous roles and can block users.
- All the requirements for Thread and Content Moderator.
- Must be contributing for three months at minimum
- Must have at least 1000 edits.
- Must have no blocks in their history at all.
Bureaucrat
A Bureaucrat can block users, promote users, and everything else that admins, thread mods, content mods, and rollbacks can do.
- All of the requirements of a system administrator.
- Must have already been a system administrator.
- Must ask for a promotion mainly when the staff is running out of senior administrators or a senior administrator resigns.
