Raiden Dreamchaser is a character in Xenophobe and Warfare.

Teen[]
A brown-haired wizard with sapphire eyes. She wear fingerless gloves and her belt has a leather pocket. She also wears a necklace and a single, techy hairclip Storm gave her. There's "metal plating" visible on her neck, cheek, and shoulder.

Mostly sleepy, but curious.
Teen[]
She's normally reasonable, but when angered she acts rashly and often winds up regretting her actions. She also defends her beliefs fiercely and can be hardheaded if you try to change her mind.
Like her father, she has a mental component allowing her to turn off emotions/block off memories, which she abuses and often causes her to come off as cold, rude, or insensitive.

Tech Clip: A techy hair-clip that she always seems to have on her. All you know is that Storm made it.
Fairy Tear: Interestingly enough, her necklace is made of a crystalized fairy tear. It heals it's wearer in a similar manner to fairy dust. How she got it however... you have to ask Storm.
Tech Wizard Laser: Modified to behave like a lightsaber. You may want to note she doesn't exactly have permission to use it.

Electrokinesis: Whenever using Electrokinesis (semi-consciously or consciously), a field of static energy often generates around her as she's conducting or containing mass amounts of electrical elemental energy.
Astral Magic

Holographic UI: She can conjure up a holographic variant of Storm's visor's UI, and it mirrors the functions of Storm's actual Visor.
Other Components[]
Borg Hive Mind: When around other borgs, one can invoke a frequency causing hive mind mode. All borgs with the proper components and within the proper radius can and will enter a robotic, systematic behavior, working to meet the invoker's goal.
