— Shrapnel, to self
|
Shrapnel is a character who is mentioned in Forged by Obsidian, Dargon's Bane, and Fluttery Love. They do not yet appear in roleplays.
Appearance[]
He is an average-sized Big Hex prototype constructed to have the same parts as any other Hex. He has a dominantly neon red and white exoskeleton with a speaker underneath his grill mouthpart. He has pointed, black stud detailing on his "hands," "toes," and "cheeks," and "forehead." On the sides of his "head," "forearms," "back," and "knees" are large flathead screwheads that can spin to release excess energy.
Personality[]
Shrapnel is a reserved Hex that will laugh at anyone's jokes to appease them or make them leave. He acts alone and is often seen independent of Aria Stormchaser, but he will play bodyguard to protect her due to having rescued him from eternal petrification in stone. When independent or when not requested to do work, he will either enter sleep mode to recharge or draw up new energy-harvesting inventions. He often does the latter in the presence of Delila Quakeman, who provides him with an extra perspective.
Weapons/Gear[]
- Exoskeleton: Shrapnel's exoskeleton allows him to take superficial injury without ruining his interior circuitry, which is necessary for his cognitive functions.
Abilities[]
- Storm Magic: As a near-master of the Storm element, Shrapnel has excellent Storm element combat magic and a strong resistance to his own element and Water. He can use electrokinesis in great amounts, but he is quick to tire.
