How To Get

You can get the spell by adventuring in The Island of Trials and getting "The Ultimate Master of Trials" wand. It can also be obtained in relic form in Bonfire Spire by picking up the relic from a battle chest, and the relic itself is called the "Ultimate Fire Relic".
