Ulla's Discoveries Update is a story-focused update to Prodigy Math's FourSevensRueful Version immediately following the Nesting Grounds Update and immediately preceding the Shattered Elements Update.
Overview[]
The following additions appear in Prodigy Math's changelog:
*Ulla, Noot, and the player are employed by the Ancient to find clues about where the Astral Warden is *They find clues and track down the location and identity of the Astral Warden *Once the player puts a near-end to the Shadow-element revolt against balance, the Academy will open their courtyards to battles with the less-intelligent wild species so that players can still obtain tower and archives prizes. Less-intelligent species home to the Epics Subspace are hologramized so no damage is done, and those still wild and free in elemental areas are able to be battled to purchase from merchants
The update only goes into effect for players after they complete every main quest in the Treacherous Taiga. Once that is done, the player receives a letter from Harmony to come back to Harmony Island for a talk with them and Ulla. Inconveniently, the teleportation stone to Harmony's side of the cliff is not active, so the player will have to complete two Rune Runs to illuminate each of the eight runestones in the circle on the east side of the main plaza.
Once the player arrives, Harmony is in their most empowered form, leans their body over the edge of the cliff, placing their hands daintily over the edge. Ulla is already there along with her cartographer Mosstropod, except they have not started a campfire. The dialogue is as follows:
Ulla: Hail, young wizard! You found us faster than we expected.
Harmony: We have some news.
Trivia[]
- In this version, Ulla is already Harmony's friend since she travels around the archipelago frequently.
- Ulla is revealed to be more of a "squib" than a wizard and uses technology and musical magic instead of elemental or combat magic.
