Prodigy Game Fanon Wiki

Due to True Wizards varying among authors, I will not be making a guide on them.

False wizards are creatures with a very close appearance to a True Wizards. They're mainly Fanon.

Appearance & Ownership[]

A False Wizard's appearance depends on what species they are.

They are marked by their creator as a closed (no one can create one besides the owner), open (anyone can create one), or semi-open (the owner has set rules for using them) species.

If you wish for your fanon species to be added, please comment pining me like so: @Delta.

Fire Salamanders: Closed Species[]

Fire Salamanders, not to be mistaken for Flame Salamanders who are often kept as buddies by wizards, are shapeshifters native to Bonfire.

Wizard Form[]

They normally have a medium or dark skin tone, but can be fair. They can have red, black, dark blond, or brown hair. Their eyes, like Fire Fairies, can be a burning red, orange, brown, yellow, or black.

Salamander Form[]

They have a sail fin on their back, running down to their tail, as well as wing-like fins on their front legs. Unlike normal salamanders, when swimming, they stretch out their front legs, using their "wing" fins to help them cut through the water (or lava) in the direction they want to go. They have a tuft of fire-proof fur on their heads, the same color as their hair in Wizard form, and their scales always have a fiery leopard pattern. They have gills, but can only breath underwater, having to hold their breath when in lava. They have small, scaly, cat-like ears.

Currently, the only Fire Salamanders on the wiki are the Firewalkers.

Elves: Open Species[]

Elves have multiple sub-species, but their appearance is just as of that of a True Wizard, with the exception of pointed ears.

There are currently no Elven OCs on the wiki.

Catamounts: Open Species[]

Catamounts are a shapeshifting species in mythology. They would theoretically be native to Firefly Forest and Shiverchill.

Wizard Form[]

They look exactly like humans except for one minor detail: They oddly remind you of a cat. Maybe it's the four toes? Maybe it's their posture? Maybe it's their uncanny ability to land on their feet? Or their mysterious, cat-like gaze?

Mountain Lion Form[]

They can shapeshift into mountain lions, often being mistaken for actual wild cats.

There are no catamounts on the wiki.

Werepersons: Open Species[]

Wizard Form[]

They look exactly like humans. Some authors choose to add a "mark" identifying them as a werewolves, but that's just about it.

Were Form[]

Every full moon, a wereperson turns into a specific animal. If they are a wereperson by bite, within the first few years of being a wereperson, they might act violently by impulsive (not by intention), but after being a wereperson for quite some time, they overcome this and whether or not they attack another person is utterly by choice.

After training themselves for some time, some werepersons learn how to enter this form by will, but it's notably difficult.

Abilities and Magic[]

Magic[]

Fire Salamanders[]

Fire Salamanders use Fire Magic. Any attempts to cast spells of the other elements never ends well.

Elves[]

Magic varies depending on their sub-species.

  • Earth/Forest Elves - Earth Magic
  • Sun Elves - Fire/Astral/Sun Magic
  • Dusk/Dawn Elves - Water/Astral/Fire Magic
  • Moon Elves - Astral/Ice/Moon Magic
  • And etc

Catamounts[]

They are capable of using Astral magic. Some show talent in Earth or Ice magic.

Werepersons[]

Varies.

Other[]

Fire Salamanders[]

Shapeshifting[]
Lava Immunity[]

Only applies when shapeshifted.

Fire Immunity[]

Applies to all forms.

Elves[]

Hearing[]

Because if pointed ears, they're able to pick up sound easily, allowing them to hear better.

Agility[]

They are born warriors, and more agile than True Wizards.

Catamounts[]

Shapeshifting[]
Agility & Balance[]

Capable of landing on their feet, even while in human form.

Hearing & Instinct[]

Their hearing is cat-like, not to mention those feline instincts keep them out of trouble.

Werepersons[]

Shapeshifting[]

There is such thing as a wereroster and werebear. No, I will not elaborate.

Assimilation[]

By biting another person, they can cause another being to turn into a wereperson. However, this is not an enjoyed practice and most werepersons avoid it.

Trivia[]

  • Warlocks/Witches/Sorcerers/Sorceresses are True Wizards, they simply use magic differently and are outcasted.
  • Some authors consider Wizards and Humans separate species. If you are one of those authors, then Humans classify as False Wizards in your fanfictions.
  • All werepersons are allergic to silver. It's unknown if fairy silver also induces this reaction.
