Timewatcher is a character who has yet to appear.
Appearance[]
Identifiable by the fact he wears a black, sleeveless turtleneck shirt and exposes the burn scars on his arms. He has an insanely detailed sleeve tattoo that intertwines with his burn scar, and his brace is designed to complete the picture it depicts. Although he's notably tailless, he did somehow retain his shoulder spikes, creating a rather intimidating appearance. Like the other variants of Storm, his eyes are two different shades of blue, and he has a strip of metal curling below his left eye. His hair is gray, and he normally wears lighter toned cargo pants, in similar design to military wear.
He normally keeps his hair tied in a half-up, and looks as if he honestly needs a goodnight's sleep.
Personality[]
He's has an eternally fatigued air to him, normally being monotonous but having a bit of a whimsical, humorous side. Although he rather not get too involved in the affairs of timelines, it stills pains him to see other worlds suffer, and will occasional lend a word of advice to his alternative self. He has no problem slandering the entities, but doesn't necessarily despise them, simply views them as foolish.
He's very committed to his job, but mostly focuses on situations directly involving his alternate selves, leaving the rest to Raid so he doesn't feel too useless (Aria normally winds up doing it for him).
Weapons/Gear[]
Clockwork Blade: A simple with an intricate clockwork design, with mechanisms to modify the structure of the weapon. By default, it's a simple blade, which collapses as an attachment to his pocket watch.
Silver Pocket Watch: A silver pocket watch with a red jasper pendulum, decorated with quantum quattro beads.

Enhanced Strength: He can reach the strength of a fairy his age.
Enhanced Speed: The internal components in his leg can help him move faster than most, capping at 40 mph.
Borg Hive Mind: When around other borgs, one can invoke a frequency causing hive mind mode. All borgs with the proper components and within the proper radius can and will enter a robotic, systematic behavior, working to meet the invoker's goal.
Console Access: He has access to the console, and with Timelord's bypass code, can override Entity commands.

Strengths[]
Intelligence: He's notably intelligent, allowing him to be innovative and think outside the box. He's also very analytic and takes care to factor in everything that can cause major changes in the timeline, even if it seems insignificant.
Timeline Access: Due to being able to view the timelines, he can see the immediate future in terms of a theoretic action, giving him an advantage.
Confidence: He's arguably one of the most self-confident Storms, giving him the wits to take initiative and act as a leader in situations.

- It's unknown if he ever became a Voidwalker.
- He's one of the few Storms raised in his native dimension.
- His tattoo is of a ηλεκτέρας fighting a φίδιτέρας, with geometric patterning framing an image. His brace adds the said φίδιτέρας to the image.
